K1 is an international Kickboxing promotion based in Japan but hold regional events around the world. It allows boxing techniques along with kicking to the body, head and legs. The traditional Muay Thai clinch is not allowed however a single handed clinch is. If a knee technique is used the fighter must let go after a single blow.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground fighting art that specialises in joint locks and chokes to secure a tap or victory over the opponent. Started by the Gracie family in the early part of 1900 BJJ works to help the smaller opponent to beat a much larger one using leverage and technique rather than power.

Cardio fitness and body conditioning classes run throughout the week. Varied and enjoyable techniques are employed to ensure a good all round group workout.
Specific sessions are set aside to allow our members the freedom to use the gym space as they need. All equipment and facilities are available for use.
Before some mid-week sessions we allow 30mins before to prepare, warm-up or join our run club. We get some much more into a class is you arrive ready.
